Face to Face Advice
We have Drop-In sessions where your initial query will be dealt with by a generalist caseworker.
The session times are available here
You do not need an appointment to attend one of these sessions.
In order for your query to be dealt with, please bring the relevant documents with you. Below are examples:
- Any documents relevant to your enquiry, e.g. Benefit award or disqualification letters, letters from creditors.
- Proof of all your income, e.g. details of all benefits received, wages or salary, private pension, etc - this is necessary if we are to provide you with casework
- Details of any savings you have.
Please be aware that failure to bring in any important documents could delay your case. Also note that if you bring in any forms for our assistance with their completion we will probably have to make you a further appointment to deal with them.
Appointments
You are asked to please keep to your appointment time and notify your caseworker immediately if you are unable to attend for any reason. There are many clients in need of our help and an appointment missed means that someone else could have been seen in your absence.
